Warranty Terms

OTOL is committed to delivering high-quality sanitary ware products. Our warranty policy ensures your peace of mind.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Ceramic Bodies: 5 Years against manufacturing defects (cracking, glazing issues).
  • Electronic Components: 2 Years (sensor modules, solenoid valves).
  • Valves and Cartridges: 5 Years (leak-free guarantee).
  • Accessories: 1 Year (seat covers, mounting hardware).

2. Conditions

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and installation site. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

The warranty is void if:

  • The product was installed incorrectly or not by a licensed professional.
  • Damage resulted from misuse, abuse, or use of harsh abrasive cleaners.
  • Modifications were made to the internal components.
  • The defect is due to foreign objects or scale buildup in water lines.

3. Claims Process

To make a warranty claim, please contact our support team via the Ticket system with:

  • Proof of purchase (Invoice/Receipt).
  • Photos or video clearly showing the defect.
  • Detailed description of the issue.

OTOL will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product free of charge.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
